One earbud isn't working or they're not syncing—what should I do?
- Place both earbuds in the case, close the lid for 10-15 seconds.
- Open the lid—they should auto-sync (LEDs flash together).
- If needed, reset: While in case, press and hold the case button (or touch both earbuds) for 10 seconds until LEDs flash rapidly. Then re-pair to your device.
